• You can purchase anywhere from one to all available cells at $100 per cell.
  
  
• Once you pay for the cells they become your property. You may supply an image, short description and a hyperlink to your website for each cell you purchase (example). It should be obvious that a larger image spanning several adjacent cells is significantly more effective than several small images spread out.
  
  
• Once the cell data (image, description and hyperlink) is published no refunds will be issued.
  
  
• Once published the image, description and hyperlink may be changed no more than once a month. A $25 service fee per cell applies for such changes.
  
  
• You own the cells you purchased for the life of this site - at least 5 years since the last cell purchase or resale.
  
  
• You may resell the cells you own to a third party, the terms of sale are at your discretion. A $25 service fee per cell applies for replacing the image, description and hyperlink. The seller is responsible for the service fees.
  
  
• No illegal, offensive, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable images, description, or links to websites with such content will be accepted, solely at my discretion. You will have an opportunity to correct the offending item(s), otherwise a full refund will be issued and the cells you selected will again be offered for sale.
  
  
• Should you change your website to contain illegal, offensive, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable materials all reference(s) to such site will be removed until a new hyperlink is provided. A $25 service fee applies for such changes. No refunds will be issued for the downtime.
  
  
• Should you decide to have your image, description and hyperlink removed from this site you can do so by sending a request via email. No refunds will be issued, reclaimed cells will be again offered for sale.
  
  
• Images may not be larger than 100x100 pixels.
  
  
• Images must be in GIF or JPEG format.
  
  
• Images may not be animated.
  
  
• Description may not be longer than 50 characters (including spaces).
  
  
• Hyperlinks must begin with http://
  
  
• Copyrighted images or links to websites you have no relation to may not be used.
  
  
• While I will do my best to keep the site operational and accessible at all times it should be understood that occasional downtime is possible due to circumstances outside of my control.
  
  
• The image, description and hyperlink will be published 24-48 after the full payment is received. I will do my best to reduce these times.
  
  
• Ownership of cells on the virtual World map does not extend to the actual territories in real life.
  
  

• You may purchase any number of available cells but at least one of them must be within the territory of your country of residence or border with a cell owned by a fellow countryman. Should you live on an island you may purchase any number of available cells on the closest continent (or another island) starting from the shore. Each sell has unique coordinates that are displayed when pointed to with your mouse.

• Once the payment is submitted email us at with the following:
  - coordinates of the desired cells, i.e. (10,10)(21,45)(135,84), etc.
  - your name
  - your country of residence
  - a short description of the purchaser (up to 50 characters including spaces, your website, for example)
  - a GIF or JPEG image, up to 100x100 pixels
  - a hyperlink to your website starting with http://
  - email address that was used for PayPal payment (if different)
  - all transfer information (if payment via Western Union)
